We appreciate a 24 hour notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.  If using a gift card/certificate or a prepaid treatment for a scheduled service and you "no show" for your scheduled appointment, you lose that service and/or gift card/certificate.  If you "no show" for a scheduled appointment and you do not have a gift card/certificate you may be charged 50% of the service cost and in order to reschedule your appointment a credit card may be required.
